From new maps (I mean really new maps) we have El Rio, which is not yet kinda finished (Shlep is lost somewhere), but is in rotation (or was?) - everyone enjoyed the dual objectives for a week or two but then it got just boring when none of the teams could accomplish the objectives in an hour ... From most played map in first 10 days it became almost the one of most "callvote nextmap" targets.

Then we have Ringo's Yuma map which is also fun map, but just way too big and still far away from being polished and all. People got tired of the spawnrapes and long distances to run and eventually it ended up out of the maplists. But we're now on high hopes that Ringo will soon make his new project/mod more public and available to everyone and it will be a blast!

And then there's Saloon map made by me which is more or less duel or up to 3on3 map, which is why sometimes on public server we see chaotic nade and gibs rain and no strategy brutal pushing of the objective around the map.

Anyway, AFAIK nobody is working on any new maps at this time. I suggest to study and master the old maps more in mean time! I'm sure that many of new players (and not so new also) don't really know El Paso and Canyon map and therefore it gets skipped most of the time or considered as a bad and boring maps ...

I loved playing in Yuma and I'm sad not to see it on the maplist
I would be interested in execution and construction of wwmap, right now I have a lot of time free. Some one would it documentations or informations to help me start a map?

Thank you in advance

I can help too, in fact I thought of an idea for a map and this is what I came up with:
After the El Rio Map, when the cowboys get away with the cash (in the boat), the bandits try to stop them (by following them with their boat). Bandits will have to get down a plank so they can go from their boat to the cowboys boat and get the gold. At the end of the map both boats will get to a harbour and cowboys will have to try to bring the money to a certain place and bandits will have to try to stop them before the timeline hits.

The new Map will begin with a boat that goes to a fortress (it blows up the door with his gun):
-bandits should take the boat and the cowboys must stop the boat
-opportunity for snipers to shoot the bandits on the boat when the boat going to the fortress(if all the bandits are dead on the boat stops)
-Cowboys can also post a dynamite to sink the ship and the ship's departure again
-Once the boat was able to detonate the gate of the fortress the bandit starts to attack the gold and goes into the fortress.
-The defenses of the fortress will be two machines-guns inside and explosives hidden in the soil beneath the sand

i think its a great projet map???what do you think of this topic map???

I await the opinions and thoughts from our experts ww...

Cu all
