I think it should be autoexec.cfg instead of autoexec.bat. Im doing all this from the top of my head on one of my laptops, Ill check my gaming PC in an hour or so.

Autoexec.bat will probably be completely ignored.

[edit]Ok, just had a look, it's definately autoexec.cfg. Do not use autoexec.bat! Sry about the confusion, I got things mixed up.[/edit]

Thanks, I'll try that.

Which brings me back to the comment question...

In autoexec.cfg how do I make comments ( I think //comment ) is that right?

Thanks,

Yes, this is correct. Add // in a line and all that comes after it will be ignored (untill the start of the next line ofcourse).

r_commandexample1 "1" // omg this is such a cool command, it enables a wallhack!
r_commandexample2 "0"
r_commandexample3 "1"
r_commandexample4 "1"
// this is the end of this example, I hope you get it now
